I rely heavily on reusing the exact same adjustment layer settings across many documents, mainly to colour correct my designs for their print versions before exporting. Please add a Save Preset function. I know you have this feature in Photo, so why not in the other apps?

Welcome to the forums @eyeborg

While you are waiting for something to happen with this (if it ever does), you can save your Adjustment as an Asset and drag the Asset to the layers you want to apply it to as necessary.

Not an ideal situation but it’s maybe better than doing it all manually.

There are known (logged) issues saving adjustment layers as assets.

But you can copy adjustment layers from one document to another

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

You can also record a macro that adds your desired adjustment layers, with all their settings.

EDIT: (oops...macros in Photo, not Designer...I missed that...my error. 🥴)
