I think that's by design. Been that way since I started using Affinity Photo V1 back in 2017.

AP is and has been really lacking in the Develop Persona. If you've watched any of James Ritson's tutorials, he hardly uses the Develop Persona. He does the majority of the developing in the Photo Persona, where we get all the non-destructive capabilities.

Just a side note: I used to rely on the Histogram, until I learned about the various Scopes and how to use them. Even if the Curves or Levels, or whatever has a graph, I ignore it, and use my eyes and then the scopes.

So why is there a curves panel in the develop persona if it can't be used?

Modifying the curves changes the histogram, but just doesn't show any data in the curves panel.

I'm not sure what you mean about showing any data in the curves panel. Do you mean in the Develop Persona the Tones tab that includes a graph of the Master, Red, Green, and/or Blue curves you change by dragging one them? Doesn't it change both the histogram & the Scope displays?

Or are you looking for something other than the curve graphs, like numeric data somewhere in the Curves window?
