  1. 1. Yep 2. Yep 3. Yep 4. Attched. Nothing clickable.
  2. I've been asked by a few members of my local photography club to give them a tutorial on Affinity Photo. They have V1 and would like me to demonstrate using that version. I'm on V2.3.2. I purchased V1 on AppStore in Dec 2019 and can find it in my list of purchases there, but there doesn't seem to be any way to download it from the AppStore. Affinity Photo 1 doesn't seem to be in the list of available apps. How can I get it?
  3. There are no /Library/Preferences/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto2.plist file nor /Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs folder I presume this should have been ~/Library/Preferences/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto2.plist and ~/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs respectively. I have deleted this file and folder and ctrl-started Affinity photo and it makes no difference.
  4. Pixel layer usually, but the same effect occurs with any type of layer. To reiterate, this is something to do with the account. If I switch the mac to a new account it doesn't happen. If anyone knows how to delete all the AP account info, I suspect the problem would be solved.
  5. Exactly the same with any brush. The computer is a recent high-spec MacPro - I don't think system resources are the problem
  6. Just the same I'm afraid - Which OS version are you using? 10.15.7 - Do you have a screen recording which demonstrates the problem with the lag on larger brush sizes? Attached - Which affinity app(s) are you using and are you using a pixel brush? If it is a pixel brush, are you testing this with the default round brush or a custom brush? Any brush - Are you running the latest app version (2.1.1)? Large brushes hang screen clip.mov
  7. By coincidence I've just noticed that it works fine from another Mac OS X user.
  8. Sorry for late reply, but I'd more or less given up on this. Yes, still the same with 2.0.4 Mac,drawing tablet or mouse just the same. Disabling hardware acceleration makes no difference. I'll try and make a screen recording
  9. I can confirm that the problem doesn't occur with another user on the same machine
  10. This only happens on my desktop machine: Model Name: Mac Pro Model Identifier: MacPro7,1 Processor Name: 8-Core Intel Xeon W Processor Speed: 3.5 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 8 L2 Cache (per Core): 1 MB L3 Cache: 16.5 MB Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled Memory: 48 GB Boot ROM Version: 1554.100.64.0.0 (iBridge: 18.16.14556.0.0,0) Serial Number (system): C02C40JSK7GF Hardware UUID: 3642D4EE-3B28-5C24-B545-74EACE2DE440 Activation Lock Status: Enabled It works fine on my MacBook and used to work fine on the MacPro. I'm dreading the necessity to go back to PS after so long with AP, but this behaviour makes it just about impossible to continue.
  11. I think its fairly clear. You can see theclone brush moving about, then I increase the brush size to 370 and it stops moving. It's nothing to do with the clone brush but happens with any brush with a selectable size. I have Affinity installed on my MacBook and it works fine there, it used to work fine on my MacPro too.
  12. Attached Attached Screen Recording 2023-01-18 at 18.18.59.mov
