A Picture Frame with a linked image is placed inside a Symbol container.
Changing the image properties like Fill Color changes properties in all Symbol instances as expected, except "K Only".

To switch "K Only" on and off, an image in each Symbol instance must be changed individually.

Affects v2.4.2 as well as v2.6.0 beta 2950.

I'm not seeing that behaviour but I may be missing a step...
