Stock vector images comes as "Linked Document" and are not editable

Hello
I have read same kind of issuses from here, but did not found solution. It's a vector, from Pixabay, but cant edit it anyway. I just need to chance color. I also googled, but dit not found anything what could help. So?

I have done this with "ex version" of Affinity Designer and it worked.

To my experience you have to embed the document in the Resource Manager, then you can edit. With raster images it is the other way round. They get placed embedded.

Anyway, I don't know if it is a good idea, that the source of the Pixabay vector images are in a temp folder of Affinity. Happened to me, that the temp folder was cleaned and my linked document was deleted.

No there is not "Edit Document ".

Any way, I got a way to easliy vectorize those in Inkscape. Copy paste image to inkscape -> "trace bitmap" and copy paste it back to affinity. It works. Now it curve. But still waiting for tha I dont have to do that. It worked "ex version" with I have done this work.

Possibly you can check the file path in the Resource Manager and move the image if it got saved in a temporary / hidden system folder. There seems to be a known bug AF-964 with stock images, for instance:
