The blue highlighted line is part of a dropdown box that belongs to the entry two lines above. This option has the label 'Move Tool Aspect Contrain' and is correct. d. Yes - It isn't actually wrong, but the drop down is not very clear, especially at this size. I would have thought it better (as thomaso indicated) to point the arrow at "Move Tool.." where the drop down option is already highlighted anyway. What does any of this have to do with the Transform panel link setting that the OP talked about? And again, there is no default for linking W & H. You can enable or disable it when no document is open & that setting will stick (hence the 'sticky' description) regardless of what object is selected or created. Also, don't forget that the Transform panel is active with many different object types, including when any assortment of nodes of a shape object are selected with the Node tool. So for instance, consider this shape & its 5 nodes I selected: Is there any logical link or unlink 'default' for changing their width and/or height via the Transform panel? Same for a text frame & for several other types of objects like placed content like a Designer vector file or even some jpegs & such that are not photos so users might want to stretch them in one dimension or the other. So which objects types do any of you think should have a default link setting?
