kozcan Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Exact same problem here, windows 10 64-bit, full hd resolution, %100 scale. Tool palette looks as Bilge Kaan posted. Also, no splash screen image shown at start, just a version number shown. By the way, i am from Turkey, i guess Bilge Kaan too, there may be a relation to Turkish regional settings.
