One thing that wasn’t totally clear for me was the “Order of Play” section.
It wasn’t obvious that the black text was extra information about the coloured box above it.
You might like to try a different way of formatting it so it’s more obvious.

I’m not sure that you need all of the black outlines/rectangles, especially around each ‘page’.
You might like to try removing (at least some of) the black outlines and seeing if that makes things ‘cleaner’ or not.

That tiny little yellow star in the Apex Catering roundel, which Alfred spotted in one of your other creations, seems to have crept back in.

I’m not sure if the grey background to the QR code looks right or not.

The text-on-a-path in “Support Your Bowls Club” doesn’t seem right to me, it’s ‘squashed’ rather than ‘circular’.

A tiny thing is that I’m wondering if “Ploughmans Supper” should have an apostrophe in there somewhere.

It does indeed!

It should indeed! (Before the “s”, please, rather than after it.)

A very busy design. I would personally get rid of the black borders, this will showcase any imperfect folds and make it more difficult for folding. Without them there is a little space and the ice is not noticing if they are not perfectly centre on the panel when folded.

“We try to organise as many … that we can” should be “We try to organise as many … as we can”.

”These quizzes spans many decades” should be “This quiz spans many decades” or “These quizzes span many decades”.

”Produced. [full stop] Printed and Published” should be ”Produced, [comma] Printed and Published” (although personally I would dispense with the initial caps on “Printed” and “Published”).

Given that it looked like many people would be sharing the same food, I wasn’t 100% sure if it was “Ploughman’s Supper” (the supper of one ploughman) or “Ploughmans’ Supper” (a supper for many ploughmen). Either way, if the font used doesn’t have an apostrophe it might looks silly.

If the quiz spans many decades, how long would it take to mark the papers?

Methinks you’ve answered your own question, Garry! If it were a supper for many ploughmen it would be “Ploughmen’s Supper”, not “Ploughmans’ Supper”.

Hi @pioneer, (sorry, Google translation) very nice model which must have required a lot of layout work as there is so much information. Well done.

I understand that your document is in the American format 279 x 215 mm: it is a small format which once closed is only a third, i.e. 93 x 210 mm. You then have a very small printing surface... You have to save space for the information.

Like others here, I think that frames don't add much and segmenting the document takes away the unity of the whole.

The texts with characters in the form of Scrabble pieces are perhaps too numerous, in addition to taking up a lot of space and being difficult to read: perhaps use this typography only for the main titles of the cover page? ...

The photograph with the group of musicians could be framed differently (see the attachment) in order to see them better (and they will be happy), without the psychedelic effect around which takes up too much space and this will allow you to enlarge this visual.

The same goes for the three people on page 3: by removing the blue background and the frame with rounded corners and by cropping out the faces you could enlarge them and we would see their smiles better... 😀

Pages 6 and 1 could have a background color (dark): this would make it possible to clearly identify them as being the exterior of the document.
Page 2 (the activities) could also have a flashy background color to be seen first: it is an important page.

Once again, it's a great job and you've already done most of it... 😉
