TonHaarmans Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 I just bought Designer 2 for Windows. StudioLink does not see that I've bought it. Also not after restart and opening the other apps. Please help. Quote
walt.farrell Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 Have you installed Designer 2 and run it at least once, before running Publisher 2? Are you using the same installation method for all the applications (either all MSIX, or all EXE/MSI)? Staff Patrick Connor Posted June 8, 2024 Staff Posted June 8, 2024 1. They all have to be the same point version (all 2.4.x OR all 2.5.n for example). 2. They all need to be MSIX install OR all EXE. 3. (I think) They all need to be from the same store so not a mix of Microsoft store and Affinity store Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program! TonHaarmans Posted June 8, 2024 Author Posted June 8, 2024 I reinstalled Designer as MSIX and now it worked! Thanks Patrick Connor 1 Quote
