I volunteer for a small non-profit that has about a half dozen documents that we publish. They can be digital only or both digital and print. The print publication size is 6 by 9 inches, perfect bound and the others are 9 by 12 inches. However, the text styles for all publications are the same. Is there a way to apply the text style to to all documents so that I don't have to "re-invent" the styles for each template?

Text styles can be imported from one Affinity document to another.

Set up the text styles how you want them in one of your documents, then import the text styles into the other documents. If there are any text styles in the destination documents that weren’t in the source document, delete them to keep the text styles in all files identical.

For ongoing maintenance, if you ever create a new text style in one of the documents, import the text styles from that file into the others.

Instructions for importing text styles, see section:

Alternatively, you can create templates that you then use to create sub-documents.
