Very slow start up time after MacOS Sonoma-Update 14.5

Recommended Posts

Hallo Support-Team,

Linus

From my experience and other reports, it generally happens after any reboot of macOS, and any time the application has been updated, and any time Apple has updated the XProtect signatures that they use.

  • 3 weeks later...

So this issue has suddenly hit me again. Everything was just fine for weeks, and then this morning the Affinity apps are taking 30+ seconds to launch after booting up.

Affinity 2.5.0, macOS 14.5, M1 Pro, 32GB
