Hello,

I somehow have the impression that errors that were fixed in one version are present again in the next update. How can that be?

If I draw a rectangle in Affinity Designer Beta 2.5.0 (2437) and create a color gradient in this rectangle, it works without any problems. But if I select a color on the color palette and drag this color into the gradient, Affinity Designer crashes completely.

Hello,

I just tried out the current Affinity Designer Beta 2.5.0 (2449), but unfortunately the error I described in the first post has not yet been fixed.

It's a shame, I was actually really looking forward to the next update. =(

Since the error is still present in the current beta version of Affinity Designer and has not yet been fixed, I would be very happy if this was forwarded to the developers.

Thanks for the tag. I can reproduce a crash following the video, it's a slightly different recipe to what we had logged and fixed, I've had to repeat dragging onto the nodes to get it, but did reproduce it.

I'll get this logged
