Publisher 2.5.0.2415

When I open Publisher 2.4. file in Publisher 2.5, it cannot find the Adobe Fonts used in the older version.
Is it just a problem with the beta version and not in the release version?

Which fonts? I'm experiencing no issues with my static Adobe fonts used in documents saved from 2.4.2 when I open them in 2.5 beta.

For example, PT Sans Pro and Minion Pro.

I use the static version of Adobe Minion Pro in my books and have no issues with opening them in the 2.5 beta. I tried making a 2.4.2 document with PT Sans Regular, Bold, and Italic and it all opened correctly in the 2.5 beta.

Could you please share a test document that exhibits this problem? Maybe there's something I'm missing.

Hi @Robocat

Which OS is this on?

If this is occurring on iPad, then it sounds like a known issue. Try fully closing down Publisher then restarting the app and see if the font then shows correctly.

Windows 11 (23H2 / 22631.3527).

Restarting does not help and the problem occurs every time.

The issue "Fonts installed via Creative Cloud cannot be found" (REF: AF-2909) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.5.0.2430".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
