In the example below the Blend Mode is applied to the lower Blue rectangle... Note: The same issue exists in v1. I see the result shown on the right (for the image shown in the previous post) in both PhotoPea and Pixelmator... There is also a difference between how v1 and v2 render the Vivid Light Blend Mode but I think (though am not 100% sure) that the v2 rendering is correct...
