But from your screenshots, only the "result" can be known, not the "cause" why it happens. GarryP
4 minutes ago, Frozner said: 2 screens has been attached to post to explain what happen We need the Affinity document (AFDESIGN, AFPHOTO, AFPUB) itself to see if we can recreate the problem for ourselves and try and see what’s going wrong. If you don’t want to share the whole document then a document containing just the layer with the edges that are being changed might be a good start. Frozner
i want to keep sharp shape and fint out why are changing after save or rasterised.
GarryP
Thanks for supplying the document. Within the first few seconds of opening it I could see that, without exporting, the edges change when I zoom in and out, so that’s not a good start. I don’t know yet why that might happen. GarryP
Ah, it’s because you have pushed the Stroke width on the Cloud Layer so high that it is ‘overlapping itself’. Alfred
Pšenda
It's a Cloud shape, and for me it displays exactly as it is exported. GarryP
It’s the Stroke width that is causing the problem, not the shape itself.

Interesting, but I’ll need to wait until later today to look at it! The OP didn’t mention that it’s an AD2 file, and I only have AD version 1 here. Frozner
why shape changing even are converted to pixel layer ?
GarryP
To fix the problem you can probably make the same design using a Cloud shape geometrically subtracted from a Polygon shape instead.

The software may be calculating the rasterised version ‘from a certain zoom level’, or something like that. 2024-03-02 09-00-21.mp4

I thought @Frozner didn’t want rounded edges! Why use a Cloud shape at all? Edit: Having watched your video, I now see what you mean. 4 minutes ago, Pšenda said: Change Cloud shape to Star shape. Based on my understanding of the desired outcome, that’s what I would do. It's clear that two different parts of the design need to be solved in two different ways - anyway, if I need a sharply jagged edge, I'll use a Star shape, if I need internal ribbing, I'll use a Cog shape, for example.
