Staff Dan C Posted February 28 Staff Share Posted February 28 Hi @Affinity-Inspiration, I can confirm that Layer States are a function of Affinity on Desktop only at this time, our apologies. You can check this for any new feature on the 'What's New' page of the Affinity site, as each feature has a Desktop/iPad icon to the right of the title to indicate support, and then an individual app icon (ie Designer and Publisher) when expanding the feature in the list. I hope this clears things up Bryan Rieger

katekoja
Hi, just curious - is States ever coming to any of the iPad apps anytime soon and what happens when you open a file with states features on its iPad version? Regards

Staff Dan C Posted March 1 Staff Share Posted March 1 Hi @katekoja, Our team haven't yet indicated if we are implementing Layer States on iPad, as this will likely be determined by UI / hardware restrictions - but we never say never! As I understand it, the file will open on iPad in the 'State' that was last used on Desktop when the file was saved. The 'States' will not be shown on the iPad and cannot be edited, but should still be present in the file when returned to desktop Paul Mudditt
