Export Slices UNTRIMMED!!!! 

It's a must

Clients wants original file in a certain dimension

sadly It gets rasterized and trimmed before exporting and I have no clue how to keep original size

HALP!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @guyp. :)

If you don’t need or want slices, don’t use the Export persona. Just go to the File menu and choose the Export option from there.

"Original"? If it's an Affinity file: adjust the document dimensions as required and resolution as wanted then choose "Save As…".

If you want to avoid rasterization and trimming use an according export file type (e.g. PDF, SVG) with an according export setting, regardless of Export Menu command or via Slices in Export Persona. To avoid trimming by a certain slice size select or create a slice in the required dimensions.

Funny that, I assumed the original post to request that slices be exported at the same size as the main image but just containing the sliced bit, probably the old ass, you and me scenario but I digress
Here's a macro that works for vector shapes, text and images within and without groups
If it doesn't work you can have your money back

p.s. it only works for up to 50 layers, but that's another story
