Hi @HerrSchulz,

I've just tried it and it appears to be working... The Assets panel reverts back to Default on relaunching Photo so you have to select the Normal Map Generator category from the drop-down menu in the Assets panel so I don't think you are doing anything wrong...

Which version of macOS are you using and which version of Photo, 2.0.4 or 2.3.1?

As for your problem of accessing other parts of the forum, can you provide a screenshot showing your problem?

I'm using Photo 2.3.1 along with OS 14.3 on a MBP 14" M1
and here you see the Problem:

Asset is loaded.

After the restart  the Assetbrowser is empty ;-( - And what I saw is, that when dragging the asset on the programmwindow there is no prompt that it is installed.
Do I have an old version downloaded?

You're looking in a different Asset category after the restart. Click on the outline that says Chalkdust Blackboards to see your other categories. (That one isn't empty, by the way. It's icons are simply low contrast.)

You should click on the black > icons that expand the listing.

@HerrSchulz,

No problem, glad all is now working as expected, you can of course just delete the duplicate copies... :)
