bwackv
Error message attached. My document is 21600px x 3240px (300dpi). I changed it to 72DPI and it still gives me that export error (I thought maybe it was a bug with file size, although I just created a photoshop file with those specs and it opens). I was able to export another file that is 21600x3240 (72dpi). I tried exporting it to my desktop and still the same error. e.v125
Hi! I had this problem just now too. Unfortunately I had to solve it by coping and pasting all my layers in a new document, but it could be exported after that. A rudimentary solution but hope it helps! Where did you export it when it worked? What Export Settings did you use? When I try Exporting your file to PSD on my Mac, the Preview never finishes generating, and if I click Export and provide an output location it generates and then fails with the same message you reported. @e.v125: Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it does not seem to help when I try it with the sample file provided above. For me on my Mac, for several of the export formats the preview takes a while to finish & when it does it just shows a blank page. For others it never finishes at all. SVG seems to be the only one that exports something that looks like the afdesign file. Staff Lee_T Posted December 6, 2023 Staff Share Posted December 6, 2023 Hi bwackv, I've narrowed it down to your HSL adjustments on layers "17f2151e-e8b6-4612-9642-97f0fe264bb1" and "17f2151e-e8b6-4612-9642-97f0fe264bb1". (4th and 5th layers) If you delete these adjustments and recreate them, you shouldn't have an issue exporting. I can't say for sure how these layers became corrupted, but it's thankfully easy to resolve. Lee

bwackv
@walt.farrell I said I was able to export another file, Walt, of the same dimensions. I did this to eliminate the possibility that it was too large of a file. I then tried exporting it to the desktop instead of to my icloud folder in case that was an issue. Anyways, issue resolved by Lee. Lee_T and walt.farrell
