Hello, here are a few bugs that I found

- I work with Capture one 23, so I develop my RAWs on it, export them in TIF, and then open that file and work on it on Affinity Photo. I make layers then just save the file with the layers. When I do it, it says that my file is saved (the export bar is fully completed) but when I re open the file, there’s nothing. I don’t know if this is me or my computer, but it appears right after the update. I can no longer work because no work is saved.

- When I try to change the size and thickness of the correcting brush with the shortcut (CTRL+ALT+Right click and drag), it doesn’t work and now my image is freezed, I can’t move it with the space bar or the hand tool, I can zoom in and out but, can use the tool but only as if I was pressing MAJ (linear corrections)

Please clarify what you mean. Are you Saving, or Exporting?

If Exporting, are you trying to use the option to Save Affinity Layers with the TIFF file?

And when you reopen the file, are you using Affinity Photo or trying to use some other application and see the layers?

I open the TIF file in Affinity 2, that I have previously exported from Capture One.

When I’m done editing the image, I have multiple layers. I do CTRL+S to save what I did.

A pop-up appears and asks me if I want to save the TIF with affinity layers, or to create a new file (Save as or Save with layers).

I want to keep the same file with the new layers, the TIF one from Capture One, and not a new TIFF from Affinity or a .afphoto. So I do « Save with layers ».

A new pop-up appears and says « Exporting an element » with a progress bar.

It disappears, everything good, no error message.

I close the file and when I reopen it in the same app (Affinity Photo 2) on the same computer, there is no layers and all my modifications disappears.

Hope I was clear.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your help.

I tried doing what you did and it worked. I tried by putting this file in the Capture One folder and it worked also.

I deleted my session, create a new one, import my images and my Capture One settings files, export my images in TIF and surprise : I can save my modifications.

I do not know at all where this probleme comes from. I did updated Affinity Photo, but I also have updated Capture One. Maybe it comes from one, maybe from both.

Thank you again.
