Im new here but i wish to share my latest artwork and also I have a question about data entry, how to keep letters and numer horizontally around circle?

As far as I know, it is not possible to use a circular shape for this step.

You have to create a separate text field for each scale value or create a separate layer with the Artistic Text Tool. These can then be aligned freely on, above or next to the scale lines.
