Cross-Reference Plain Text Formatting

I'm unsure whether this is relevant but one of the Windows Bug fixes for the 2139 release mentions that:

• Cross reference > Can use keyboard shortcuts to bold / emphasis / underline text [AF-1135]

While these keyboard shortcuts didn't/don't function on Mac, you can still format the plain text elements in the Cross-Reference window despite the formatting not being applied to the Cross-Reference itself so I'm wondering whether the option should even be available.

Oh you're right. On macOS you can right-click text in the field and choose Font > Bold and so on. The Font command should be removed.

Thanks for that! I've reopened the original issue and updated to reflect the macOS problems.

The issue "Cross reference > Can use keyboard shortcuts to bold / emphasis / underline text " (REF: AF-1135) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2150".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
