Cartoonjosh
I use Designer's brush a lot, with my drawing tablet. Except for the ulgy artifacts it creates when a stroke ends with heavy pressure, I find it quite good for drawing. One thing I can't figure out is why it won't keep the brush size I choose. Example: I'm drawing with an 8 pixel-wide brush. Then I use the (V) move tool to edit some strokes. Then I press (B) brush again to continue drawing. Now I find the width is not 8 pixels anymore, it has reverted to the brush's default setting. This is quite annoying because if you're drawing with a certain width you need know it'll stay constant and will change only when you set a different value or press the brush in the panel, to go back to its default. Either I'm missing something important about using brushes, or this could be a bug. Thanks, sorry for the long post..
Cartoonjosh
Update: after using another tool (like the move tool), the brush actually changes to a different one. When I look at the brush panel, I don't see the brush I was using but another brush in another brush set. To me this looks more and more llka a bug. In the attached images, no. 1 is the customised brush I'm using in the brush set "Josh", no. 2 is what happens after I use the brush (or press B) after having used another tool: different brush, different brush set. Dan C
Hi Cartoonjosh, 8px or 8pt? The brush studio shows pt value only, this means it may show differently to your context tool bar. Lee

That one is also controlled by Settings, User Interface: Show Lines in Points. It will either be points, or the document units (which could be px).
