I can’t find the grids & guides on AP 2.

 

I can’t believe i’m on here asking where this is located, I feel embarrassed.

I searched google, and I knew my mind wasn’t playing tricks on me… they moved it from where it use to be, nestled in the hamburger menu:

Grid and Guides are in the Toggle Preview Mode drop-down menu.

If you’re looking on the Affinity help site, make sure you’re viewing help for V2. Most of the time, Google search results include V1 articles — you can often simply add a ‘2’ after the app name in the URL.
