dizeyner
I just purchased Affinity Photo and wanted to view one of the sample files which we are offered when we start the software. Im however not getting any of the sample files. I soon as I click to download it for viewing the cloud turns to a red X.Can we get the files to view somewhere else, a tutorial somewhere? Staff Callum Posted March 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted March 8, 2016 Hi Katherine, The red 'X' you see on the cloud icon means it is downloading the X is a cancel button. After some time (depending on your network connection) this should disappear and you can open the sample file.By clicking on the thumbnail :) C dizeyner 1 Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. R C-R
Click on one of the sample files & it will start downloading, with the progress indicated by a line filling around the circumference of the icon. If you see a cloud symbol with an arrow below the icon, it means it has not yet been downloaded. The red X is used to stop the download.
