Publisher 2.1.0 Doesn't Apply Master Page Correctly For Some Items

Please attached images.  The highlighted part of the doc is the part that isn't showing up properly after applying a master page.  The check boxes are way off.  This didn't happen in Publisher V1.  If we recreate the doc from scratch, it works fine.  I have attached a sample doc.

-Windows 10 Pro 22H2
-Hardware acceleration - ON (Note: Turning off didn't fix the problem)

Hi Mike,

That's the lower screen shot of the two... for some reason applying the Master to a page isn't bringing across the inline checkboxes...

@sschnelker007, Don't Pin the little rectangles in the text. Not sure why that is causing a problem.

Is there a way to unpin it?  We have a huge number of files with this problem.  Thx!

They’re pinned inline on the Master page which is obviously practical if used on multiple pages but for some, as yet, unknown reason they’re not translating when the Master is applied to a page.

I tried recreating from scratch and experienced the exact same issue, currently slightly baffled but I’m sure there will be a logical explanation 😊

You can simply select the boxes individually on the Master pages and unpin them.

If you show the Pinning dialog window then simply select each box and then click unpin…

Thanks for the work around.  Hopefully, they will fix this in a future update.
