henryanthony Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Not sure if this will help you but Version 1.10.6 is available. My laptop is very similar in specifications to yours other than 32 GB RAM and Quadro M4000M graphics card. I have Photo and Designer installed and have had no problems with crashes. Komatös Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Hi @Mariyana A Be shure that the gpu driver are up to date. Another thing you should try is updating Net Framework to 4.8.1 if not done before. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net481 Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605) Affinity Suite V 2.5.7 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution? henryanthony Posted May 29, 2023 Posted May 29, 2023 You might try seeking help at Bleeping Computer Windows 10 Support. The forum participants thrive on solving hardware, system and software issues and many are very good at what they do. They have helped me many times to work through Win 10, 7 and XP crashes and other problems. I highly recommend the site. You may be asked to provide a link to a Speccy Report for analysis of your system. Hope this helps. Quote Affinity Photo and Design V1. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Dell Precision 7710 laptop.
