Affinity Designer Windows not opening

My Affinity designer for windows has stopped opening.

Could you please help me what is the issue in that?

Hi Vijay,

What happens when you try to open Designer? If you get any error messages please could you provide a screenshot of them? Have you tried reinstalling the app at all?

What kind of different system do you mean? Another Windows computer, a Mac, or what?

If you have a universal licence, you can use the software on any compatible device (Windows, Mac, or iPad) that you own or control. If you have an Affinity Designer for Windows licence, you can only use it on Windows.
