Slava_ Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Hello, After exporting photos to JPEG I can find white horizontal lines in different places of the picture. I tried different compression methods and different quality settings. Doesn't help. Affinity Photo Version: 1.10.6.1665. How could I help to troubleshoot the problem? Quote

Staff DWright Posted May 21, 2023 Staff Posted May 21, 2023 As @carl123 mentioned this is being caused by you GPU not fully supporting OpenCL in Affinity Photo turning off this option will stop these artefacts from appearing when you export your photo to JPEG. Quote
Slava_ Posted May 22, 2023 Author Posted May 22, 2023 Thank you for the fast and kind replies. You were right. The problem was in my hardware renderer. For some reason just removing "Hardware acceleration" checkbox didn't help, but when I changed the renderer to the one in the picture, the problem gone. Quote
