Ally_B Posted May 19, 2023 Share Posted May 19, 2023 Hey guys--Tested this on my laptop and my desktop, both running Windows 11 latest build and latest Publisher 2 version. I can change the margin color, but I am unable to change the guide color. I've attached to images to show how changing the color has no effect on the guide color. I've also tested this on another laptop that had just downloaded Publisher 2, with the same (null) effect. this has been consistent across the laptops and the last two builds (updates) of Publisher 2, as I've only recently started using it after using Publisher 1. I daresay this is a bug? Staff DWright Posted May 19, 2023 Staff Share Posted May 19, 2023 The ruler guides are a fixed blue colour the colours that you can change in the Guides setting are for the Colum guide and margins only which is you you are not seeing any changes to the ruler guide in your document. My current client's brand colors include a blue very similar to the "ruler" guides, making them nearly impossible to use. I can't believe guide colors can't be changed. This basic feature and has been missing forever, as far as I can see from old posts to forum about previous version. Please add this feature.
