Gianni Becattini
I updated Photo to 2.1 today and edited many photos. Now Publisher refuses to accept them. Publisher has not the "Check for updates" option and does not propose the update automatically (on Mac 13.3.1). I am totally blocked now. What can I do now? Gianni Becattini
Thanks, I will try - the (today) Mac Store update is still the old version (2.0.4). Quote More than 30 Macs, from 1984 Mac 512K Plus to 2020 iMac 27" i9
Staff Patrick Connor Posted May 18, 2023 Staff Share Posted May 18, 2023 3 minutes ago, Gianni Becattini said: Thanks, I will try - the (today) Mac Store update is still the old version (2.0.4). as stated in the release notes, Quote If you’ve purchased from the Mac App Store— updates are done automatically next time you run your software after it is available in the Mac App Store. If this does not happen for you, open the Mac App Store app and go to the Updates page and then Store > Reload page or press CMD+R. This should hopefully force the update to show. Apple sometimes phase roll outs around the world which can mean it may take up to 72 hours for your update to be available. I expect it will be there by tomorrow or shortly after. I suspect Apple throttle large updates to keep their servers steady Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program!
