AiDon
Have you updated your GPU drivers from the GPU manufacturers website? If you have the latest drivers as listed yet turning Hardware Acceleration off. Staff Dan C Posted April 26, 2023 Staff Share Posted April 26, 2023 Hi @Michelle111, Welcome to the Affinity Forums In addition to the above, as you have updated your Windows version you may need to perform a 'Clean installation' for your Nvidia drivers, as crashing in Affinity after an update can indicate an issue with the app communicating with your GPU. You can find out how to perform a 'Clean install' of your drivers here - https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/57037 I hope this helps! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! RichardMH
If that doesn't work, you can also try to repair in Windows Settings->Apps->Installed Apps click on the 3 dots associated with Affinity Photo 2, Advanced Options and scroll down to repair.
