Hello guys, I used Designer V2 for the first time (before I used V1) and I noticed that the documents do not show a preview of the saved file, why is this happening?

PS: I have the Windows version and in the configuration the option to save thumbnails with the document is activated.

Hi HernanCnd,

I believe this is currently a known issue that should be fixed in a future update. I apologise for any inconvenience in the mean time.

Thanks

Are you sure this is a problem on Serif's side? On my Windows installation all Affinity documents are displayed with a preview.312382751_affinitypreview.jpg.ec7155deb83e8dea6644ac33626ce6a9.jpg

¿Estás seguro de que esto es un problema del lado de Serif? En mi instalación de Windows, todos los documentos de Affinity se muestran con una vista previa.312382751_affinitypreview.jpg.ec7155deb83e8dea6644ac33626ce6a9.jpg

Thanks for the answer, I'll try reinstalling
