I can't access the affinity photo application that I bought before.

I have been using the proximity photo app for 2 years and bought it in one go. For obvious reasons, the application was deleted from my tablet, when I want to restore it, it asks for a subscription to a different version with a high fee. How can I access the application I purchased? Can you please fix this situation, I need to use app for my work.

The V1 iPad/Mac versions have been removed from the Store, but if you've bought them previously they'll still be within your applications and you can still access them from your account. You can find out more here.  https://support.apple.com/HT211841

I initialized my business PC, sincce then, I couldn't find Afffinitty Photo V1 on Affinity offcial store.

How should I re-install Afffinitty Photo V1 Windows version?

The V1 is no longer sold, so it is no longer available directly in the store.

But if you have purchased it, it is available for download in your account - see previous post from moderator.
