It would help to know what you mean by CutContour layer & print layer, like what kind of layer is each of them is, how they were created, & so on.

So what is the print layer? A Pixel layer, something else?

So you have a curve/path that the cutter follows and is a particular colour, something like Magenta and you also have an image the contour runs around that the contour layer cuts out after it's been printed yes?

What format are you exporting to SVG, PNG, TIFF

Yes the CutContour is 100% Magenta spot color.

The print layer can be vector or pixel i try both.

The software read Pdf and ESP files.

With the V1 Softwares i had no problem.

i think it's an export issue.

When i export only the CutContour layer, it's ok.

I used to have a Versacamm and I remember one particular problem with Versaworks. If the PDF contained any transparency the CutContour layer couldn't be read by Versaworks. I mention this if only to eliminate that issue.

Avevo un Versacamm e ricordo un problema particolare con Versaworks. Se il PDF conteneva trasparenze, il livello CutContour non poteva essere letto da Versaworks. Ne parlo se non altro per eliminare quel problema.

Thanks, i try to import a pdf file without trasparency.
