The „Default save location“ is missing in my Preferences.

I can not change the default save location to „iCloud“ again.

As you can see in the screenshots the help says it should be there, but its not. In none of the V2 apps.

I had it set to „iCloud“ on my old iPad. I got my new one and now the icons on the Folder in the iCloud are gone (see Screenshots).
So i thought the Default save location had changed again, but its not there anymore.

How can i fix that?

Same issue.  But I do get a dialog when I save a file for the first time or save-as.   That’s ok, but it’d be nice to have this file name and location on the same dialog so it’s more obvious.

Hi @Amageton_ welcome to the forums & apologies for the late reply,

The 'Default Save Location' setting is no longer available on iPad, as the saving behaviour was changed so when a document is first saved it will ask for a save location, this was so the apps better matched the Desktop apps saving behaviour.

The fact that this is still listed as an available option in the help notes is likely in error- so I'll raise this internally.
