The „Default save location“ is missing in my Preferences.

I can not change the default save location to „iCloud“ again. As you can see in the screenshots the help says it should be there, but its not. In none of the V2 apps. I had it set to „iCloud“ on my old iPad. I got my new one and now the icons on the Folder in the iCloud are gone (see Screenshots). So i thought the Default save location had changed again, but its not there anymore. How can i fix that?
