And are you sure you're using the email and password for the Affinity Store account, not the Affinity forums? At what point in the process does this occur? Is it during Activation of the license, or sometime after that? After “thank you for your purchase” I clicked on “Existing costumer sign in”, I typed in my email and password and it just stuck there. And yes I’m sure the email and password is correct as I logged in to Designer 2 with the same account Quote

I've since spoken with another customer who had a similar issue and we was able to get around the issue by turning off Wifi, launching the app and once launched the issue went away - you can then turn Wifi back on. agusugian 1 Quote

Shut my computer down and reopened it this morning and Designer is asking for me to enter my Affinity ID. I have the same problem of it just not doing anything when i click activate. I have tried uninstalling and installing Designer without any change in the issue. Please help. Quote

David Cowan Posted April 25 Posted April 25 I bought Affinity platform for £299 from Nismosoft over a month ago and still haven't received any flash drives. I am forced to buy another desktop publisher and wish to get my payment back but can't contact Serif help line . Nismosoft don't answer the telephone either. Anyone having the same problem? Quote

First, the Universal Licence for ALL the Affinity apps on all OS platforms costs £159.99, not £299. (See this page for confirmation of that.) Second, Affinity Software products from Serif UK can be purchased direct from the Affinity Store, the Apple App Store (Mac OS), the iPad App Store or the Microsoft Store. I am not sure but I don't believe any third-party sellers are used to sell the products. Third, I see Nismosoft are apparently based in Leeds but the Products page of their website lists NO Serif Affinity products.
