I heard that the app icon on the dock is not shown sometimes.(happens with any of Affinity apps)
According to the one who reported this say it tend to happen when using V1 and V2 simultaneously.

I haven't experienced this by myself but I received a report from other user.
Anyone saw this problem?

If a v2 icon isn't in the dock then just drag the app icon from Applications to the dock. Or when you next run it right click the icon that appears in the dock automatically and choose Options > Keep in Dock.

I think that may not be the case. he is keeping the icons on the dock.
And according to him, apps sometimes won't become active even if double-clicking the app itself.

Ok, It seems that he is talking about missing minimized window icon on the dock, not the app icon itself.
I found a topic about the same issue.

Thanks for your report @ashf and our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here. We are exceptionally busy following the release of V2 and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding here.

I can confirm this is a known, logged issue - I'll be sure to 'bump' this with our team now :)

The issue "Application (running) doesn't maximize when we click the icon on the dock" (REF: AFP-4836) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1857".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
