Hi, I am very frustrated at not being able to get a trial version of Affinity Photo 2 to run.

I clearly am doing something wrong as when I run it, it asks me for an email but also a password which I obviously don't have.   I am currently a user of Affinity Photo 1 so tried the password for that but that wasn't right.   (See attachment.)

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?  Have I downloaded the wrong version?  Where is the right one? I am very keen to see if the upgrade is worth it for me but Affinity are not making it easy to find out and their lack of customer service is truly frustrating.

Thanks in advance,

Martin

When you first start it up, do you see anything about continuing or using the trial version, possibly at the bottom of the first screen you see?

Many thanks for the replies.

Re Brians's question , oddly I was not able to!  Very strange since I had not changed my password and I operate Nordpass and have a hard copy of the password.  Anyhow I have reset it and that worked!

I am very grateful indeed.  Hard not to think that Serif could have been a little more explicit about why I couldn't run the trial but now at least I can see if it's worth upgrading thanks to you both...
