It is not clear from your description exactly what is going on as, first, you've said it won't download but you've also shown error codes related to running the installer after you've downloaded it. However, if you want a refund, and you purchased from the Affinity Store, contact AffinityReturns@serif.com within 14 days of making your purchase, and they can arrange a refund. If you purchased from the Microsoft Store, you will need to contact them for the refund. rascottphoto Posted November 13, 2022 Author Share Posted November 13, 2022 Ok The fix that I was told to download won't download it stops at 67%. I can download Affinity but I then can't install it. Would love to get V2 to work but I'm not up to date on the current computer software. Now that I'm reading the comments on this new version I do not think that I have the time to play games with it to get it to work. I do wish this had work but I will try for a refund.
