I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue with V2. Strange question but have you ever changed the permissions for the WindowsApps folder in C:\Program Files?

I opened up the permissions on the folder after I could not gain access to it although I should not have had to. I use Windows 11 home, version 10.0.22621 build 22621

Affinity V2 now uses MSIX which installs the apps into a specific folder - this can not be changed, sorry.

Did you change the permissions on the WindowsApps folder to try and find the .exe for use in a third party app like Lightroom?

Go to Settings, Apps, Apps & Features click on the 3 dots next to the entry then select Advanced Options, go down to  Reset then press Repair to see if that fixes the issue.

Actually, had to go to apps, installed apps, Affinity2 then the three dots but the solution did work. Thanks..

Worst application install I have experienced, and I have been in IT for 30 years

This software should have never been introduced to the masses before they checked all the boxes in regards to usability and compatability.

I already started my refund process. I don't have time for this hot mess of a software release. I also suggest that you read all my posts.

This has NOTHING to do with security nonsense sold to the uniformed masses by Microsoft.

Again, this is one hot mess of a software release.
