Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

If you purchased directly from Serif originally, then you can go to https://affinity.store/account/downloads where you will find both the Product Key and the email address you'll need to provide during installation.

However, if you purchased from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, then you'll need to download from them, instead, using the same credentials to sign-in to their Store as you originally used.

OK, thanks. Yes I purchased it from Microsoft, not the Microsoft Store App, purchased 1-10-2019, but since my laptop is Windows 7, they cant support me. Told them this was not a windows problem. Still no help, said I need to contact Affinity.

Serif can't help you either, when you purchased from another vendor.

I'm puzzled by "purchased it from Microsoft, not the Microsoft Store App", though. I'm not aware of a way to purchase it from Microsoft without using the Microsoft Store App.

In any case, as far as I know, Microsoft Store purchases require Windows 10 or 11.

I ordered the first Affinity Photo from finding it online, not the Store App on the computer.

Thanks. That's still from the Microsoft Store, though, and requires Windows 10. If Microsoft let you order it from a Windows 7 computer that's a good reason for you to request a refund from Microsoft.

Here's the Affinity Store page for Photo, for example, which shows the OS requirements for Windows, including when purchased from Microsoft:

https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/photo/full-feature-list/

It does seem odd, though, that the Microsoft page doesn't seem to say anything about  that: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/affinity-photo/9NBLGGH35LXN

Still, you paid Microsoft, and Serif has no knowledge of that purchase as Microsoft doesn't share customer info with them. If you don't have a Windows 10/11 machine you'll need a refund from Microsoft.

Hello, Walt... I apparently purchased/downloaded Affinity Designer and Photo from the Apple App Store and Publisher from the Affinity site.  Is there any way to combine the licensing so Affinity is the lone entity that I go through?  I'll be setting up my new Mac Mini soon and want to load the Affinity trio onto it.  It'd be nice to streamline the process.  Thanks.

No, the licenses can't be moved from Store to Store. That's covered in the FAQ:
