Priyantha
I can not create a PDF our of the publisher I have. It comes with an error message. Do not know where to look and how to fix. Appreciate any feedback
GarryP
Unfortunately, with only the error message to go from all we can do is guess, unless someone has seen the same (or similar) issue before and knows the answer. Does the Preflight Panel show any warnings/errors? If so then fixing them might help. If not, have you tried exporting the document to your desktop? If that works then the problem could be down to permissions on your D drive and/or the folders on it. If that doesn’t work, would it be possible for you to share the AFPUB document in the forums? If you cannot share the document in public, for any reason, then a member of staff can give you a dropbox folder you can save it to but you might have to wait until Monday morning (UK time) for them to do so (unless someone is working weekends). walt.farrell
I would start by seeing if you can export it when you use a much simpler directory path and a much simpler file name that doesn't contain accented characters. Priyantha
Thank you for your suggestion. I have published so many documents with this file path and similar name. Never had an issue
Priyantha
Garry P. I like your idea and I may be able to share this with. No hurry so I can wait for MONDAY, Thank you
pbasdf
Do you have any hyperlinks in your document? I believe there’s an ongoing issue which causes exporting to fail if the document has any invalid hyperlinks (eg. poorly formatted email or web URL).
