Unable to find a product key to install Affinity Photo on a new device.

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

Switched to a new MacBook recently and I've been unable to find my product key so I won't have to purchase Affinity Photo all over again. Purchase date was Jan 3, 2020 and all I see is an order number but no product key. I'd really appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance!

@ShawnJStephen

I've edited your post for your security to remove the order number for the trial software from your post.

The only order on your Affinity Store account is for the trial software. It looks like the full program may have been bought from the Apple Store. You would only have a product key if you had bought directly from us. The Apple version is validated via their Store so does not need a key.

Is there any other way this can be resolved?

Possibly when you purchased you used either a different email address (if you purchased from Serif) or a different Apple ID (if you purchased from the Mac App Store).
