I am really new to this process and I have it on my desktop windows 10. I clicked on your website for the trial period but then purchased it for the half price along with 3 free add-ons. You should start by Opening a file, or createing a new one. To create new one, use File > New from the Menu. If you've already tried that, and things still don't work, please tell us more about what isn't working, or provide a screenshot or recording to show the problem.
