I need help to open Affinity Design on my PC. I open it but cannot get the functions to work. I am really new to this process and I have it on my desktop windows 10. I clicked on your website for the trial period but then purchased it for the half price along with 3 free add-ons. Do I need to buy something more? It is installed.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You should start by Opening a file, or createing a new one. To create new one, use File > New from the Menu. If you've already tried that, and things still don't work, please tell us more about what isn't working, or provide a screenshot or recording to show the problem.

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
