Hello,

Is there a tutorial on how to make an object look dirty and grimey? I'm wanting to make this stainless steel grill look greasy and dirty. Maybe even a bit of the structure it's mounted on.

Thank you for any help.

Add a pixel layer, select suitable brushes (oil, sprays, …), choose a dark red/blue color and brush over all areas.

use reduces opacity e.g. 60-80% and fill to add multiple this layers of splatter, spills, fingerprints etc

@NotMyFault  Good Heavens!  What do you suppose the food looked like?  And who gets to clean up that deliciously awful mess?🤣

Well, I have a son of 15 years. He likes cooking and baking, and produces really great pizza, bread, pasta and other good food. But he always leaves a mess. The image is nothing compared to what I experience in real live. Mostly everything covered in white dust of flour.

You think that is bad.  I have a son who is an excellent attorney and also likes baking (at Christmas) who can get melted chocolate half way across the kitchen on walls, windows, and door handles, while he “folds” it into cake batter.  Good thing he is more precise with the law!
