G0HLJ Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 When adding multiple sample points from the Info Panel, it would be nice to be able to identify them with say a number as it can become daunting trying to figure out which sample point belongs to which readout in the Info Panel walt.farrell and Callum 2 Quote
carl123 Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Agreed but for now you can click the individual "Sample from cursor" arrow in a sampler and it will deactivate the sample point on the image. Clicking the "Sample from cursor" arrow a second time will reinstate the sample point on the image in the same location it was previously. This is the only way I know to identify a sample point without actually moving it, which is usually not what you want to do Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If you select the Paint Brush Tool, set to a basic black brush and hover over a sampler on the image, the relevant sampler in the info panel will change (temporarily) its RGB vales to 0,0,0. PS Ensure brush preview is switched on in Preferences 2. Add a temporary small black rectangle to the image and move that to each sample point on the image, the relevant sampler in the info panel will change its RGB vales to 0,0,0 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. G0HLJ Posted March 10, 2022 Author Posted March 10, 2022 Talking about sample points, I have noticed that what appears to be a default behaviour is that the Info Panel always loads with 2 values (RGB) and (CMYK). Is there an option to change the second value to something else, CMYK for photo editing doesn't seem the right default choice to me. Quote
