Pvp
Is it possible to paste a chart or a graph from Excel in to Affinty Publisher in a format, in which it is possible to scale the chart without messing with the resolution. If i copy and paste it its getting exported as an jpg. Is there a better way to transfer a chart or a diagram from excel?

Save as PDF and place it (Passthrough if you do not need edits) in APublisher. Hmm, it depends on the type of chart. 3D will be partially exported as bitmap, 2D not. At least from LibreOffice. David in Яuislip
Using windows I select the chart in Excel, copy it then into affinity and do Edit/Paste Special/Enhanced Windows Metafile It'll need a bit of cleanup to remove white background and border but it's pretty quick; as joe_l says above, 3D effects will be rasterised. Simple example attached Excel2Aff.svg joe_l 1 Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/

The charts from there can be exported as PDF which can be scaled quite easily in Publisher as they are vectors. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
