graphos
Hello. I'm having trouble sending an EPS file for cutting on a Roland plotter. The CutStudio plotter cutting program gives an error when inserting a file, although the SUMMA plotter WinPlot cutting program was inserted without problems ... Of course, I translate everything into curves, but such an incomprehensible situation arises. Maybe you have a solution to this problem? Staff DWright Posted January 26, 2022 Staff Share Posted January 26, 2022 In the EPS Export dialogue screen can you please click the More option then for the Rasterise field choose the option Nothing and also turn off the JPEG compression and this will then output the EPS as vector only. No, nothing has changed ... And nothing will change, because the developers do not care, as I have already seen ... emmrecs01
Der-Tieger
It is November now and no change, I am in test phase and nothing works, whatever i try to set the right EPS parameters, it does not work for my plotter. Refine EH721 and the Artcut 2009 software. (yes it is old, but a super solid tooling, both works fine since years with Adobe Illustrator eps exports) So if there is anything to try to get it exported, it might become my new tool, but as of now, I will de install it. Komatös
Hi @Der-Tieger It is difficult to offer help if the problem is not properly named. It would therefore be nice to know what problems occur with the EPS files and whether the plotter programme can also import other file formats.
